Two students from Wayzata High School have been selected for membership in the Minnesota Band Directors Association 9-10 Grade Honor Band for the 2013-14 school year.
A Wayzata High School student has developed One Day Water Project as part of her National Honor Society project.
Emily Chen, a senior at Wayzata High Schools was named a semifinalist in the Siemens Foundation Competition in math, science and technology.
The Parenting Forum is an annual program featuring a variety of workshop offerings on all aspects of parenting, plus a variety of exhibitors in the Marketplace. The year, the focus was on Wayzata Public Schools. The event featured a keynote panel discussion in the auditorium presented by Superintendent Chace Anderson and district administrators. Wayzata Public Schools is currently in the process of studying attendance areas throughout the school district to better align the number of students in each of our seven elementary schools and three middle schools with our facilities’ capacities over the coming years.
