EMS Athletics
All 7th & 8th grade students are eligible to participate in middle school athletics.  Registration forms and $75 fee are due before attending the first practice.  Registration forms are available in the counseling office, or you may print one off here.  Turn in the form, along with cash or check to Mrs. Thompson in the counseling office.  Financial assistance is available, however funds are limited.  If you need financial assistance, please stop by the counseling office for an application.  Thank you for your understanding.

By turning in the athletic form, you are agreeing to District 284's Behavior Policy. Also, parents and athletes will receive information on concussion management. Click here to read more on District 284's behavior policy, and concussion management.

Activities
All students are eligible to participate in activities.  There is a one-time $25 activity fee per school year.  If you have already paid your fee for another activity, you do not need to pay again.  However, you still need to complete a blue Activity/Extracurricular Participation Form for each activity you would like to participate in.  Some activities have and additional supply/equipment fee.  Also, sports through the high school and those listed under EMS Athletics are not subject to the $25 activity fee.
