Ravikiran began rehearsing with the orchestras two months before traveling to the United States via Skype. “It’s nice to give students a world view of music, which goes on to prove that the genius of man is about the same everywhere,” said Ravikiran.
Ravikiran’s compositions of Indian melodies are reimagined through his ground-breaking compositional process known as Melharmony which combines Carnatic melody and European harmony.
